“I love 5280Fit. Sonja, the owner, makes an effort to get to know you. She and all the instructors are kind, patient, and encouraging. What is really unique about 5280 is that anyone can participate. If you are already super fit, Sonja and her team will definitely challenge you. If you aren’t so fit, they help you by providing modifications and meeting you where you are in your fitness journey. There’s a place for everyone – truly. I do the small group training called Gateway to Group Fitness and I recommend it to anyone who is getting back into cardio and strength training or who doesn’t feel confident in a gym. I’ve also attended the strengthology class, which is more advanced and I loved it. The equipment is top of the line, the gym is immaculate, and there is always parking! These things, which may seem little, are important to me and contribute to a great experience each time I go!!!”
